Photo Spots App app for iPhone and iPad

Since the start of Instagram masses of people are out and about looking for spots that would serve as backdrops for their pictures.

We are spending countless hours trying to find the next best spot by looking at the Satellite View of Google Maps. And even though there are now a few apps that have some locations stored in them, there is not a single app that can serve you not only with locations but with a feeling of belonging to a community.

We as creators of Photo Spots App have spent countless of hours looking for spots to populate our Instagram pages with new backgrounds. We struggled to find any apps that would make our lives easier so we decided to create it ourselves.

With a fairly large following of 45K followers on Instagram (Ignas) and very good software and app development experience and skills (Stancho), we both decided to solve this problem.

We have been doing surveys and connecting with thousands of accounts on Instagram, we realized that we are not the only ones in need for a platform with all of the photo spots.

We at PhotoSpots App are creating an app that will allow you not only share and find the locations to take pictures at, but will also allow you to connect with others around you.

We strongly believe that forming a strong community of photographers and influencers is very important. That is why you will be able to follow each other and like pictures that are going to be uploaded onto the map.

Here are some functions of the app that we are working on developing:

* Users (photo spotters) can upload pictures and spots while on location or even when they get home.
* User profile is linked to their Instagram account giving extra exposure.
* Every picture will have a username on it so the credit is issued where its due.
* Each photo spotter can follow others.
* Photo spotters will get ranked within the application based on how many spots they upload and the likes their posts get.
* User friendly interface making it simple and easy to navigate the app, add spots and share them to other social media accounts.
* Users can sort photo locations based on interests such as Landscapes, Mountains, Graffiti, Buildings, etc.
* Direct navigation to Location
